Typical timeline ranges from 8 to 16 weeks depending on tier and complexity. Two formal review points are built into every commission. The 50% deposit is processed via Stripe and is non-refundable once a slot is reserved; a 5% courtesy discount is applied to commissions paid in full at booking.
